The resolution introduces a new Section VI to Title XI of the CNV Rules (2013 Consolidated Text, as amended), establishing a specific procedure for information and documentation requests issued by the Money Laundering Prevention Department in the context of AML/CFT/CPF investigations and supervisory activities.

? A specific procedure is established for information and documentation requests issued by the National Securities Commission of Argentina (CNV) during AML/CFT/CPF investigations and supervisory activities.
? Such requests may be sent electronically to Compliance Officers and other registered entities through the electronic addresses declared in the Financial Information Highway (AIF).
? Compliance Officers and other registered entities must, where applicable, establish a special electronic domicile through the Remote Procedures Platform (TAD ? Trámites a Distancia), which will constitute the official channel for communications and notifications issued by the Money Laundering Prevention Department.
? The TAD user account will be deemed the officially constituted electronic domicile for responding to requests issued by the CNV.
